With every outdoor wood boiler manufacturer in the industry claiming that their warranty is best, it's no wonder we're often asked what Heatmaster's warranty covers and why we say it is the best in the industry.

What it Covers

Every Heatmaster SS outdoor wood boiler comes backed by Heatmaster's industry-famous limited lifetime corrosion and workmanship warranty. Heatmaster SS warrants to the original owner that his or her unit is free from manufacturer defects. Also covered is any form of corrosion to the fire box or other major components. Coverage is as follows:

Warranty schedule:

Coverage in the initial 5 years is 100%

• Year 6-7 is 50%

• Year 8-9 is 40%

• Year 10-15 is 30%

• Year 16-Life is 10%

• Grates and Firebox door have a warranty of 5 years at 100%.

• Ash Pan is covered for corrosion protection for a period of one year.

• Electronics are covered by their own manufacturers warranty. Usually 1 year.

Although competing brands often claim that their 20 or 25 year limited warranties are better, no major brand offers longer 100% coverage than Heatmaster does.
